Head Coach - Men's Lacrosse / Women's Cross Country

Franklin Pierce University, Rindge Campus, is seeking applications for the position of Head Coach - Men's Lacrosse / Women's Cross Country. This is a 12 months position that reports to the Vice President / Director of Athletics.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to all aspects of coaching and program development for both varsity programs within institutional, conference and NCAA Division II regulations, inclusive of scheduling, budget management and recruitment and retention of student-athletes.

A Bachelor's degree is required with a Master's degree preferred, and previous coaching experience is required. Applicants must position good organizational and communication skills with proven recruiting skills. Salary and benefits are commensurate with qualifications.
