Environmental Service Technicians

Franklin Pierce University has immediate openings for the following full-time, non-exempt positions as Environmental Services Technicians (custodial).

* Two shifts Monday to Friday-5:00am to 1:30pm

* Two shifts Tuesday to Friday-8:30am to 5:00pm with Saturday 7:00am to 3:30pm.

* Two shifts Sunday to Thursday-9:30pm to 5:30am

The successful individuals are responsible for performing all aspects of cleaning in residence housing, administrative, classroom, and recreational/athletic buildings. May perform carpet and floor maintenance as needed. Position involves heavy lifting and strenuous physical activity. Familiarity with hazardous materials procedures preferred.

All applicants will preferably have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Knowledge of skills related to routine housekeeping and one year of general cleaning experience is preferred.
