
Help Desk Coordinator
Franklin Pierce University seeks a friendly and knowledgeable individual to fill a full-time position within the Information Technology Department. The Help Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing the first level of support to the Franklin Pierce University user community on PC's, MAC's, printers, telephones and productivity software (Norton Antivirus, MS Office, Project, Adobe and InfoMaker). Additional responsibilities include support for other IT staff.
The successful candidate will have an Associate's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical certifications and experience; the ability and desire to work as a team player; computer literate with a desire to improve skills; excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook application competency required. Previous computer support experience required.
