Research interests are directed primarily towards cross cultural aspects of organizations.

  • Attributed leadership differences and similarities among European, American and Asian cultures.
  • Communication across cultures, nonverbal cultural influences and perceptions by cultures.
  • Corporate social responsibility and the influences of manager values and institutions within countries
Second stream of research explores the influence of liberal learning and creativity for business students in the classroom.

  • Effects of liberal education on business students’ creativity and innovation.
  • Measurement and assessment of creativity within the classroom.
  • Enhancing student creative self-efficacy
