
Bachelor of Science
The Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration degree combines a solid liberal arts education with specialized preparation for careers in the health care industry. Students learn to develop critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills, as well as build a strong knowledge in health care quality and financial management, information systems, law and ethics, medical terminology, and business management.
Graduates possess the knowledge and ability to assume management positions in a variety of health care industry organizations: medical, mental health and long-term care facilities, government and public health agencies, human services organizations, insurance and health care management companies.

This degree can be completed 100% online, if desired.
Associate of Arts
The Associate of Arts degree in Health Care Administration focuses on health care industry fundamentals. Health care business management, medical terminology, and administrative and communication practices are explored in preparation for entry-level positions in a wide range of medical, government, and non-profit organizations.
Associate degree credits earned will transfer easily into Franklin Pierce’s bachelor’s degree program in Health Care Administration.
