Franklin Pierce College graduate and honorary doctorate reciepient, Temple Grandin is an autistic woman who revolutionized practices for the humane handling of livestock on cattle ranches and slaughterhouses. This 2010 biopic directed by Mick Jackson and starring Claire Danes asTemple Grandin, depicts Grandin's journey with autism and her amazing adaptations over time including her "squeeze machine."
