Senior-level student housing

Lakeview six-person town houses and two-person efficiencies along with Sawmill four-person apartments and two-person efficiencies are available to seniors.Each townhouse and apartment has double bedrooms, private bathroom(s), full kitchen, along with provided bedroom and common furniture.  The efficiency apartments house two people and have a private bathroom, bedroom and common furniture, along with a kitchen. The housing capacity for senior housing is 244. This area is supervised by one Residential Experience Director and five student Community Assistants.

Lakeview Six-Person Townhouses
Description Lakeview is the newest addition to campus housing located off of University Drive with a scenic view of beautiful Pearly Pond. Each of the 28 townhouses accommodates six students.
Townhouses #12 & #13 are handicap accessible.
