The BubbleKeeping fit and staying healthy are important goals for everyone. At Franklin Pierce, you have many opportunities to maintain physical fitness and keep your body strong. We hope too, that the good habits you develop here, will continue with you throughout your life.

Take a class in Pilates, Tae Kwon Do, Yoga or Cardio Kickboxing. Classes focus on warming up, cardio, muscle toning, strengthening and improving flexibility.

Work with your own personal trainer. We offer certified personal trainers who help students identify and reach their fitness goals. Trainers are available by appointment only and can be contacted through the reception desk staff at the North Fields Activity Center.

Design your own work out. Within the North Fields Activity Center, (otherwise known as “The Bubble”) we offer a complete cardio/strength and free weight area, two full tennis courts and two full basketball / volleyball courts as well as a 50 yard turf field and a two-lane track.

Participation Guidelines:
Classes and personal trainers are free to students. Faculty, staff and community members may be charged a fee. Anyone using the facilities must have a second pair of clean shoes to change into prior to using any surface within the air structure. Only water and gum are allowed through the revolving door.
