Students outside - CAECenter For Academic Excellence

CAE staff help students become active and independent learners. Faculty, learning specialists, and certified peer tutors work with each student to build skills and confidence every step of the way.
Career Center
Lloyd & Helen Ament Astmann '69 Career Center

Career Services staff assist students and alumni to create, assess, and implement their career plans. Staff also work with employers to recruit Ravens for jobs and internships.

Professional staff and peer writing assistants are trained to help student writers of all levels and abilities. They assist with every stage of the writing process, from concept to final draft.

Advisors help students become self-directed learners, and set career and life goals. They coach students to find mentors, and develop career-building relationships.
Internships
Internships & Hands-on Learning

Students can earn academic credit for internships, student teaching, lab and clinical work. Most courses include projects and applied learning as part of the curriculum.
