Welcome Home, Raven Nation!

Family Day is a highlight of a student college experience, giving families the opportunity to experience Raven Nation! From lectures to student performances to athletic events, the campus is lively this time of year and we can’t wait to have you join your student on campus to see the place they call home.

All activities are free to Franklin Pierce students and their families with the following exceptions: Library Café, concessions at Sodexo Field, Raven Row, and athletic yard sale.

Kick off Homecoming Weekend with a celebration of Raven Nation. Cheer on your favorite Raven teams and coaches. Win Raven Nation swag and learn our new Franklin Pierce fight song.

The Corniest Event Ever
Academic Triangle

Join PAC on the Academic Triangle for the 3rd Annual Corniest Event Ever! Inflatable Corn Maze, Corny food, prizes, giveaways, giant games and more!

If you already registered online, come by the check-in table and receive your nametag, campus map, schedule of events and your free meal pass for use at either Brunch or Dinner in our cafeteria. If you have not yet registered, walk-ins are welcome. It costs you nothing to enjoy Family Day with us!

The Council on Diversity and Inclusion and ALANA invite you to explore the history of New Hampshire through stories from the Black Heritage Trail. These tales offer perspective from once unknown or untold stories that impact our communities today. Representatives from the Council and ALANA will be present to discuss events and programs for the academic year.

Tour of Historic Rindge
Departing from the Campus Center Parking Lot

Join your guide for a one-hour tour of Rindge, N.H. with stops at the Cathedral of the Pines and the historic Town Center. Experience a panoramic view of Mt. Monadnock, the Second Rindge Meeting House built in 1796, Town Common, Rindge Historical Society Museum, and more.

Tours will be offered at 12:45 & 2:15 p.m.

Fall Harvest Activities

Enjoy kettle corn and maple cotton candy while you make your own scarecrow and button. Join in for pumpkin painting, show off your skills in pumpkin bowling, and make sure to visit the photo booth to snap a picture with your entire family. Round out the fun with a round of Raven mini golf.

Come find out how we are changing the script when it comes to disabilities at Franklin Pierce. Learn about our A.N.S.W.E.R.S. (Accessible Neurodiverse Success With Education, Resources & Skills) program and how we build on students’ strengths for a path to success!

The purpose of the Career Center at Franklin Pierce University is to encourage high academic achievement, emphasize experiential learning, and equip students with knowledge and skills necessary for a competitive job market. Come learn about how the Career Center is helping our students, from year one, with achieving their career goals.

Raven Row Opens & Tailgating Begins

Come and cheer on your favorite Ravens down at Raven Row! Athletics will be hosting their Raven Nation Kids Club for children under 12 along with the athletics yard sale, concession stands and more! Tail gating requires a paid reservation. If you are interested in tailgaiting, please contact Raven Athletics at (603) 899-4087.

Pearly House - Open House for Parents
Depart from the Campus Center Parking Lot

Join President Kim Mooney ’83 and Greg Walsh for a cheese and wine reception at the newly constructed President’s House on Pearly Pond, warmly referred to as Pearly House. Shuttles will be running from the Campus Center throughout the hour to take interested parents to Pearly House and back to campus.

Join PAC in the Raven’s Nest after the Football Game for TRIVIA NIGHT! With six round of trivia, there are so many chances to win!
