Franklin Pierce University in Goodyear, Arizona held its White Coat Ceremony on Friday, March 3, 2023 at Estrella Mountain Community College.
Dr. Marci Contreras, Founding Program Director, welcomed everyone to the event with James Van Rhee, MS, PA-C, Touro University serving as keynote speaker.
The cohort, comprised of 44 students, is the first class of the hybrid model for the Master of Physician Studies program in Arizona, with this ceremony marking the halfway point of the program. After receiving their white coats, Dr. Priscilla Marsicovetere, Dean of the College of Health and Natural Sciences, led the students in reciting the White Coat Oath.
