Commencement Regalia

Academic regalia is worn by all students who march in the Commencement processional. Baccalaureate degree and graduate students wear a black gown, mortarboard (black hat), tassel and a colored hood that indicates the field of study. Associate degree students do not wear a hood. Regalia has been ordered for all graduates.

The cost of your regalia is included in your graduation fee.

Cap and Gowns for Graduates

For traditional, on-campus students, academic regalia (caps, gowns and hoods) needed to be ordered online by April 1, 2021. For those residential students that ordered caps and gowns, we will be setting up a Cap and Gown pick up the end of April in the Student Center.

More communication regarding that will be forth coming.

For graduate, online, and off-campus students, academic regalia (caps, gowns and hoods) needed to be ordered online by April 1, 2021 and should have been mailed directly to the student’s home address.

For Class of 2020 Graduates participating in Commencement ceremonies, we expect that you will bring your academic regalia with you that was distributed last year.
